Once a month, the freshest ingredients, no-rules combinations, and a little bit of booze come together. You want an experience? You want a departure from the normal? Sign up.
WHAT WE DID
We team up with awesome folks doing awesome things to bring the Mexican flavor to the party. Since we're a mobile restaurant with more flexibility than a food truck, we love to get creative with our food space. Whether it's a new brewery testing out wild beers, an established drinking hole, or an art exhibit featuring custom woodworking (check), if it's bringing interesting people together we're all about it. We're currently popping up in New Orleans and Austin, but don't threaten us with a good time elsewhere.
You have a party that needs an extra maraca? We've got you covered. We'll work together to come up with the menu that suits your guests. Ceviche for an outdoor party in the summer, fajitas with Oaxaca cheese and salsa verde on a Sunday late afternoon, or mole enchiladas for a traditional family event. We're there and then some with the Selena karaoke machine on standy. We may even share our secret michelada recipe if you're throwing down a serious pachanga.
